What documents are required to rent?

We require standard commercial documentation: (1) Aadhaar Card, (2) PAN Card, (3) Valid Commercial Driving License (specific for E-Rickshaws), and (4) local address proof within Jaipur. On-boarding KYC is completed in under 4 hours.

Is battery charging included in the rental?

No.

Battery charging cost is **NOT** included in the rental price. Customers must charge the E-Rickshaw themselves using standard fast-chargers at their own expense (either at home or at local public charging points).

Can I use the E-Rickshaw commercially?

Yes. All our vehicles are yellow-plated and hold commercial licenses. You can legally pick up passengers, transport goods, or work with delivery companies in the city limits.

How much is the security deposit?

We collect a security deposit of ₹2,000 before vehicle handover. This deposit is 100% refundable and is returned instantly when you return the vehicle in good working condition.

Are monthly rental plans available?

Yes, we offer flexible daily, weekly, and monthly contract options. The monthly plan offers the best rate (₹7,500/month) and ensures the same E-Rickshaw is reserved for your business for 30 consecutive days.
